Hello,
I reside in New Jersey and recently purchased a lot from an online auction and was charged NJ sales tax. I received an email from the company I purchase from with an attachment regarding resale certificate information. The email states that if I filled out the paper work regarding the resale cerificate information, there's a possibility that the NJ sales tax could be waived. Can anyone enlighten me on this issue?
