Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: webmz I don't remember getting the email address - I'm pretty sure I contacted them thru ebay, and it wasn't thru the listing/offer. My only option thru the listing was to accept, or decline. I did contact live help before I responded to the offer. They had me "hold on" while they double checked. And sure enough, there was no way for me to counter offer, and the buyer was "blocked" from making a second offer. This was a few weeks ago during the 10 cent listing days, There was mention of this on a few of the discussion boards. Many expressed the same concern. It was tough having an interested buyer, and not being able to negotiate. In the above situation, it worked out. They were not willing to pay more than their original offer. I do hope the bay alters this, it could be a useful tool.visit festoonery at iOffer: http://www.ioffer.com/shops/festoonery Original of the message was taken from http://www.auctionbytes.com/forum/phpBB/ Previous Post: I cant recall the specfics of the offer program on ebays but dont you ...
