Posted at December 31, 1969, 6:00 pm: Gee, the same error I've had for 5 years now. :) I used mr lister for years without a problem. Then Turbo lister - it has been problematic but had some additional features & besids they phased out mr lister, darn it. But TL is constantly freezing up to the point where I have to use ALT,CTRL,DELETE to reboot , and then I re-open TL and start back at what I was doing. It does this about 5-8 times every 30 minutes sometimes more. I've written ebays and all they ever tell me to do after I send them the log files, is to uninstall it, and then download and re-instal; which I've done every time they said to do it. The problem persists. Early on, I had to re-create 3500 listings because their not so helpful tech support suggested that the listings would not be removed when I uninstall the program.(yeah right!) I use their backup program now also but if you backup 1000's of listings, it takes forever . It also means the program runs like sludge if you have 1000's of listings left in turbo lister so I also export my listings in small groups to a seperate folder & save the csv files. I don't know how anyone can create & edit listings when they have 1000-3000 listings all showing in turbo lister. There isn't anything I can point to that causes this freezing up of TL, except to say it happens quite frequently when have the program open & am editing listings.(changing description wording, prices, or changing images, correcting postage, etc) I'm evaluating toaster poster now so maybe that will be more useful. (I dont know why I've put up with the hassles of it for so long except that the evil you know... yada yada...
