I'd also expect them to stabilize the market they are losing instead of going to a region of the world that is VERY unstable and "blow smoke" up my kazoo by telling me: "It's all good, and we will make it all back, so stay with us OK?" If I where a shareholder and knew what the real deal and plans were with the key management, I would of have been selling my stock off just like the "insiders" were, the last two years. And got a good return.
