Chuckle, you're joking right! Try it and wait a few days for your first Intellectual Property Violation/Trademark Infringement takedown notice. Sometimes it takes eBay IP lawyers a few weeks to spot a trademark violation, but most sites are gone within 6 months after going to domain name arbitration.

A few UK sites have gotten away with it, but I believe they were non-commercial .orgs or some such designation. Some have gotten away with it by "hiding" ebay within their name i.e. www.thebays.comFree eBay auction & PayPal fee calculators: http://auctionfeecalculator.com
